The apartment has an excellent location. There are shops, a supermarket, cafés, a gym, and a bus stop nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, and even more. The host, Maria, was very attentive. There was a small issue with hot water, so I contacted Maria, and she replied immediately. The problem was solved within an hour, even though it was Sunday. If I come to Nicosia again, I will definitely stay here.

Clean, comfortable and well positioned just behind a busy high street offering shops and restaurants. This was our first time renting an apartment whilst staying in Nichosia, we usually book a hotel. Pleasantly surprised.

The location is great, very centrally located and near the University of Nicosia. There are malls and stores and it is very convenient to even walk to anywhere you need to go in the area.

Apartment’s location was a very convenient, near to the hospital we needed to visit. Even located in a busy area it was a quiet apartment. We had a private parking, which was easy to access. It had plenty of facilities such as the washing machine, iron and hair dryer. We loved the bed , it was very comfortable.
