Every time I will be in Nicosia I will book this apartment

The apartment is clean, well equipped kitchen, big, non-smelling bathroom. The communication with the host was good

The apartment was spacious, well equiped and quiet.

Let's start by saying that the host is very friendly, helpful and answers back to your messages quickly. The apartment is full of light, clean and spacious. It is not far from the main sights and plenty of parking right in front of the apartment.

This apartment is on the 6th floor and has a nice view from the balcony. It is an amazing accomodation. We really loved the decor, the lights and the fact that it was well-equipped. Maria thought of everything, and we felt at home. It was easy to get into the flat upon arrival, Maria sent us all the important information in advance. The flat was absolutely clean. The sockets are British standard but there are two USB ports to charge our phones and there is one adapter in the apartment. There is also a water dispenser. There are two air conditioning units too. We loved the arrangement of the furniture and the whole atmosphere of this flat.

the apartment is comfortable and clean. the information about how to access it was very clear. the winter garden balcony and the large kitchen are nice and there is a view as it is on the 6th floor. good clear info in the apartment and well equipped.

Nice flat. Could do with a few side lamps as the central living room lighting is harsh. Perfectly adequate. Well located. Useful car parking on site.

We met Maria upon arrival, she showed us everything around and was super helpful, gave as an extra blanket. Answered all our questions. Great and sunny place to stay! Loved the balcony.

It was exceptionally clean and so I felt very comfortable there.

The towels what we got had bad smell. Which was like smells like mold.

the elevator does unbelievable noises that don't let you sleep and you can hear them also during the day. it should be fixed asap

The location was perfect - very close to the center of town. The apartment was very comfortable - enough places to sit, enough hangers for clothes, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom very functional (including sufficient handrails for wet towels), the kitchen was fully furnished with more than one could ever need on a short stay (including coffee pods for morning coffee!). Maria the property manager/owner was most helpful and courteous.

Good size. Good communication. Easy to find. Convenient free parking. Neat and tidy.

The location was very central and well described. Maria was very helpful about queries that I had. She responded to any questions very quickly and was very helpful. The balcony was great. It was a good size with lovely windows that opened wide, to allow a good air circulation. Parking was very good. It is very good having good parking in that area.

Great location, spacious apartment with all necessary equipments. Welcome chocolate and socket adapter received on arrival. Easy, friendly and good communication with the owner.
