“I really enjoyed my stay in this cute apartment”

The apartment is very cute and super centrally, located in the old town, but also quiet. I stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The description shows clearly the five floors of stairs, and also the ladder to the loft bed, so this has to be considered for people who are maybe not very mobile.

Pretty studio apartment in the heart of the old town , less than 2 minutes from my favourite bar and surrounded by restaurants.

Very nice location, in the middle of the city. The apartment is small, but well organized and comfortable.

Well-appointed kitchen. Great shower. Good cross ventilation. Washing machine was useful. Location in old town was good. Lots of church bells in the mornings.

A charming attic apartment located in the heart of Nice's Old Town. Lovely decor, a new bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The climb is quite steep via a narrow staircase—this didn't bother me, but someone with a larger suitcase or less physical stamina might want to consider it. Aside from that, nothing but positives!

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, just minutes to the beach. Air conditioning kept the studio lovely and cool even while Nice was sweltering.

Superb location and communication with the host. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Bed is comfortable though not suitable if you’re taller than average due to the ceiling height, however it was no problem for us. Overall a really nice and quiet place!

Very good location and cleanliness of the apartment. The host is well informed and pleasant. The apartment is also very well equipped (umbrellas, iron, hair dryer, all kitchen utensils, even sunscreen, etc.).

Perfect place right in the center of the old town of Nice. A few steps to the beach. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. Good for training. The equipment of the apartment is absolutely sufficient. Sleeping on the raised floor is stylish. Very satisfied.
