“Perfect villa with a great pool, excellent location and a very welcoming host!”
We had an amazing time at this villa! The pool was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the place is super comfortable. Location is great – with a car it’s only 10–15 minutes to the centre, but there are also buses and taxis available. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even gave us homemade marmalade and mandarin liqueur as a gift before we left – such a lovely touch! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to come back. Highly recommend!

“A Weekend in Nice”
Our friendly host met us at the property and showed us all around. The appartment was well equipped and was all we needed for our stay in Nice. Property was an easy 10 min drive to the tram park and ride giving great access into the city.

“Beautiful peaceful secure villa with excellent hosts”
Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom villa set on a hillside with decent distant views and a fantastic balcony with sofas overlooking the private pool one level below. Very attentive and helpful owner who welcomed us into the villa and left us with a decent basket of breakfast items for the morning, and a bottle of homemade Limoncello as a souvenir on check out!

“Higly recommended”
The house is located in a stunning location with view. The apartment is fully equipped, extremely clean and organized and with nice furniture. There is a large beautiful terrace where to enjoy meals, the sun and to look at the amazing swimming pool. We also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool (cristallo clear cleaned)! Higly recommended location.
