“Everything was perfect.”
The location was great, near to the beach and nightlife. The owners are kind and very helpful people. They are very understanding and they helped us with finding some places in Nice. I really appreciate that Sabrina was waiting for us to arrive until late at night and she opened the door and showed us everything in the apartament. The apartament was clean and comfortable. It has its own vibe. All the necessary equipment was there. I really recommend this place.

“Great days in Nicee”
Very friendly and perfect host.! we had a delayed flight and the host waited for us until 1 a.m. at night. He greeted us with a smile and there was chilled wine and water in the fridge. perfect localization few steps from the historical food/flower market and 3 minutes from the Promenade and sea.We spend great days in Nicee and fully reccommend apartment.The only thing missing is balcony.

“Great place and value for money. I recommed.”
The location was excellent for getting to the beach and to the local points of interest, however, being in the town centre meant that nights could be quite noisy. I had to buy ear buds.

Philippe is a very nice and helpful host. The location of the apartment is perfect, very near to the Promenade de Anglais. The apartment is more than enough for 2 people. Very good value for your money!
