Very spacious, clean and well equipped kitchen. Shower was excellent, bedroom spacious and plenty of storage. Bed very comfortable. Big TV and very good sound bar for TV. Good location for transport as tram right outside apartment and only a 5 minutes walk to train station.

“Very nice apartment and wonderful week in Nice”
The apartment is very nice, decorated with love, the beds and kitchen facilities are perfect, all is very clean. The location is good, only 2-4 stops by tram to the historical center. Many cafes and restaurants around. The tram stop is just in front. Or you can walk to the city center or to the beach.

The host Aleks was fantastic, cannot fault him. He was available and willing to assist. The property has everything you need while on holidays. It is clean and has a great view of the gardens across the road. It has a sunny aspect when the sun is shining.
