Unbeatable location, with amazing views over the Saleya market and the sea and promenade through the arches. A really well thought out apartment, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful brick vaulted ceiling and original features combined with modern style. Plenty of room to have guests for a meal and the kitchen well equipped. The entrance is through the Casa Leya restaurant below. The staff were friendly and the food good. The property is exceptional value compared to others in the old town.

“Superb Location”

Great apartment in a superb location. You don't need a car in Nice, lots of buses, trams, trains and a lovely airport. We did so much walking and had a great day trip to Monoco. Nice and Monoco were so festive in December. Great restaurants and bars everywhere. I will definitely return soon.

Excellent location.veey close to the promenade and tourist spots. Surrounded by restaurants and convenience store is close by. Good air conditioning in the apartment.

“Wouldn't stay again”

Great position for the old town. Only 1 street away from prom. Perfect position for ironman swim start. 10min walk to tram. Market stalls right outside which we loved. OK if you don't mind noise and it being very busy day and night.

Firstly, they require a deposit of 600 euros. Despite the fact that the message says that this is not necessary, the deposit is withheld from the account, writing it off. After the prepayment, they do not respond to messages. Only a call to technical support resolved this issue and we were accommodated. The apartment is difficult to find. Rats are running under the steps in the yard, there are restaurant tables with scraps and huge trash cans. Drunk people were breaking into the apartment all night. In the message they write that they recommend leaving the apartment by 10, but if we do not leave, it is okay. Exactly at 10 am, a cleaning lady came, who told the administrator that we did not check out and they did not want to return the deposit. The cleaning lady does not speak English, so it was not clear who it was. A week later, the deposit was returned. We left two complaints to the Booking service support

Good location. Close to all the main attractions. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the Mediterranean Sea and the promenade.

Nice is beautiful, but this appartement is just beside of a disco club, so you can forget sleeping till 3 in the night. There was no information about this situation...

We visited Nice during the carnival periods and outside it was very noisy . But I didn’t knew that until not opened the window ! It was unbelievable! We had everything what needed. For next visit I’ll choose this apartment again !

Apartment was a great location for during the day, close to the water and the town. Apartment is beautiful and great facilities.

“RAT 🐀 and NO FIRE 🔥 DETECTION - DO NOT STAY HERE”

Do NOT stay here is our advice!! Booked three nights here - CHECKED OUT next day and went to the Mecure hotel for remainder of our stay. Location right in the centre of Old Town. 1. First night music below from the bar until gone 2am. 2. Had a RAT 🐀 in the apartment that was in my bedroom. It was inside the wardrobe “gnawing” the wood. My friend who was travelling with me saw a rat in the living area when we arrived and I did not believe her until in the middle of the night it was clear we had one staying with us. I ran out the bedroom and shut the rat 🐀 in the bedroom and had to go and try to sleep in her room on her bed. Within an hour the rat 🐀 was trying to escape the bedroom and started chewing the door frame. 3. Finally the apartment is above the CASA LEYA restaurant and there is absolutely NO/ZERO fire 🔥 or smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the whole apartment. This is against the French 🇫🇷 government laws for hotel and accommodation rentals. The owner is trying to ignore my request for two night refund. I am contacting Openflats. France who are based in Paris and Booking.com to get this resolved. The Openflats team has been dealing with this complaint and her manager (and apparently owner of the property) wants me refund me the cleaning fee and asked me to make a good review!!! I have asked them if she is serious!!!
