Location was superb, flat was clean - air conditioning worked well. Concierge was excellent, super helpful and always friendly and responsive. Washing machine was a welcome benefit. We would definitely return .

“Very much recommended when visiting Nice.”
The owner and staff were very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and has all required facilities and appliances. We are a family of 5 (parents and 3 young kids) and had a great time in this apartment. The location is very convenient, close to the beach.
