“Nice place. Met all the needs for staying several days in Nice!”
Lots of space. Had a washing machine to do laundry, which was nice for staying a few days with the hot weather. Next to a convenient store and bakery. The host was friendly.

Good location, easy check in instructions sent via WhatsApp, well furnished, bakery and supermarket just round the corner, within 5 min walk to bus stops and 10 min walk to Nice train station.

“Nice stay. Not cheap, but what can you do, it is Nice!”
The apartment is around 1 km from the beach and from the centre. But the walking distance is nice and not boring. Boulangerie and supermarkets are just around the corner. What is very important 9at least for me), it was quiet at night and in the morning. The folding bed was not very comfortable, but ok.

“Greta place to stay, lives up to its price.”
First of all, the host, Florent, was very nice and caring, made sure that everything is okay. The room itself was very nice and tidy, everything you would want was included in the apartment (shower gel, coffee machine, TV with netflix etc.) The beds were comfy, location is very good. Its pretty hard think of negatives.

“Perfect choice if you like cooking yourself and don't care about outside view.”
A lot of power outlets. Big fridge. A lot of kitchen utensils and even some simple seasonings. Microwave, nespresso mashine, toaster, stove with oven, washing machine. The living area is very spacious so as bathroom.
