“Lovely old flat in the heart of old town of Nice”

The location is absolutely perfect, and the apartment itself has everything you might need. The owners are also always kind and helpful, even if something goes wrong. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Nice!

“Wonderful Apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice!”

This apartment is ideal for a family. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a great kitchen equipped with everything you need, and has a nice relaxed living area with TV. Despite reading that this was noisy at night time due to its location, we did not experience any of this, in fact, it was not noisy at all! Location of apartment is fantastic! It's ideal for exploring Nice, eating in amazing restaurants and for its proximity to the beach! There is a Tram stop close by, that we did not use, as we chose to walk everywhere, even to the train station to explore the other towns, and this is all reachable from here. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again soon.

“Incredible location”

There was someone to meet us very near the property even though we arrived at night time. The location is just amazing - in the heart of the old town. Restaurants bars on your doorstep . We particularly liked Shapko a jazz bar, and Wayne’s fir 20 somethings - amazing restaurants. Trams so easy to use to go further . Fully intend to come back many times . So safe , so friendly just super

“Nice old town”

Very central to all areas in old town nice, turn right and walk to shops, trams,restaurants etc trams only 5 min walk. Turn left and walk to fabulous beach and more shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. We dropped off our suitcases with bag guys 1 min walk from apartment very handy.

Good location in centre of nice and well equipped flat. Near all the public transport restaurants bars and shops.

Flat was clean and cozy. Fully equipped. We felt really good there. It is located in old town, close to many shops and restaurants. There was a tea, coffee and even wine waiting for us. Contact was really good and close to the apartment. It was perfect for 8 people.

The location was fantastic, loved being in the middle of such a lively place. We contacted the owners with a problem which was beyond their control and which they very kindly and quickly were able to resolve for us and for this we were very grateful.

The apartment was located in the very center of old town nice with walking distance to attractions, the beach, stores and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and service minded and it was easy to check in and check out. Also we were in walking distance to both transportations within the city, the trainstation when we wanted to visit Monaco and its walking distance (900 meters) to the airport transfer. The apartment was a bit older but very clean and perfect for a big family. Bonus is that when we forgot one of the suitcases in the apartment they sent this to us afterwards.
