“Very pleasent stay perfectly located in Nice”

Very much space and perfect located to discover all Nice. You can walk every where within minutes. We have been here with four people and you have great rooms with lots of space and big bathroom and separate shower. Perfect to spend time and old town and sea just next door. We even could check in earlier and out by lunchtime. Very helpful.

Everything was great and according to description. The place was very comfortable and accommodating and the communication was smooth.

Stunning view and well appointed apartment. The hostess was very welcoming. Great WIFI for planning your day. Great hot water and the A/C units worked great. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and great restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at the apartment...excellent location, large spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with a nice kitchen and a dining plus living area. Equipped with everything,, had a washing machine..a small lift which again was a relief.. Kitchen had everythng u require..The area is very easily accessible by da tram or bus. Just nexr to d opera villie station. Everything is walking distance and the beach is nearby. The host was very helpful and ensured v had a lovely stay.

“Perfect location, amazing apartment and facilities.”

Fantastic location - located between the old and new towns. Apartment was perfect for a family, spacious and great facilities. Apartment was spotless and even a nice bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. The Nice jazz festival was on and it was nice to have the windows open listening to the music, we were even lucky enough to hear Tom Jones belting out a few tunes!

The apartment was amazing, clean, spacious and the location is great. Magali, the owner, was very nice. The bed are very comfortable and the kitchen very functional. The location was perfect right in the center of Nice with the tramway just beside. There is a grocery store as well as a boulangerie few minutes away from the apartment. We had a great stay!

A perfect place to explore Nice and the south of France! We were 7 girls traveling together and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Super central, everything was in perfect order! definitely coming back!

The apartment is amazing - spacious and well furnished. Couldn't ask for a better location - the beach is 5 mins walking distance, the old town is nearby as well, and you have so many great shops and restaurants to choose from. The best part? The place is incredibly quiet so you always get a good night's sleep after an adventurous day! As for the host - Mag is very welcoming, uplifting and professional. She was always there to help if you have any questions or requests. 10/10, would definitely visit again.
