Damien was very communicative and extremely kind, letting us check in several hours earlier. The apartment was in a prime location to access all of beautiful Nice, and the view was breathtaking. The minimilistic apartment was safe, spacious, warm, and very pleasant. We were certainly not disappointed here. The high ceilings create space, and its simpicity meant we could fully relax.

Well-furnished apartment at a good location, close to the old town and the beach. Public transportation nearby, tram #2 to/from the airport stops very close to the apartment.

A bit basic. Climbing three flights of stairs up a fairly run down looking staircase was a bit off putting. Apartment was clean and nice view over the harbour. Good for a family of four. Plenty of places to eat and a relatively short walk to Nice old town.

perfect location. the view of the port is great and it's a walk from alot of things. transportation was easy too. 2 min to tram and 15 mins walk from train. close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants as well. the apartment was clean. the staff was easy to reach amd welcoming.

Location is superb. Bedrooms are quiet. Bathroom is nice and clean. The living room has a perfect view of the port. We occasionally were moving kitchen table to the living room for meals with the view which is great at day and night.

Communication with host was easy. Clear instructions were sent including photo and video. Host was kind enough to send us details of event while we were there. Water and orange juice were in fridge which was handy as we arrived late. Excellent location of apartment, near the tram, with a beautiful view, close to shops and restaurants and Promenade des Anglais. Nice quiet building . Very clean apartment with well equipped/stocked kitchen - dishwasher, oven, washing machine. Loads of hot water. Powerful shower. Plenty of room for 4 to cook and eat and watch TV etc. WIFI good. Felt like a very safe area and we felt at home at once.

“The best appartment one could imagine”

The location couldn't be better, the view from balcony was astounding, actually no other activity was better than sitting and observing the port. Binoculars is a must have! The bus 98 just opposite the entrance door and vicinity of the tram and other buses in Port Lympia made it so convenient to travel around. Also view from kitchen and bedrooms were so original, that we never even knew such thing existed. Bery good contact with Damien, the landlord. Clean freshly renovated bathroom.

Great location! Beautiful view,ideally set up with bedrooms at the back , quiet night , just far enough away from the busy streets, apartment had everything we needed, lovely to have some refreshments in the fridge on arrival, comfortable beds , very clean.

- Easy to reach by public transport (20 mins by tram from airport then 7 min walk) in heart of tourist area - Close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, gyms, etc - Enough room for family of 5: 1 double bedroom; 1 twin room; 1 sofabed in tv/dining room. - Good facilities for cooking, washing, storage etc - Option to heat flat if required - Nice (if small) view of port from dining room - Friendly person in charge of flat - Quiet apartment so have opportunity to relax - Felt extremely safe both in both the building and city - Generally good value for money but only in comparison to other places - would definitely stay again. Plan your visit to maximise use of the 72 hour tourist pass - even includes a free ticket for a home Nice football match!
