The property was spotless and well-equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Although it isn’t located in the most central area, the nearest port is within walking distance, and there are convenient bus connections nearby. Once you get familiar with the area and transport options, getting around is quite easy. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a very quiet property. Because of this, I would not particularly recommend it for families with young children, as noise may disturb other guests who are looking for a peaceful environment.

An excellent location set in a magnificent and spacious villa. Clémence is a fantastic host, warm and welcoming throughout the stay. The Bus 600 stops conveniently just outside the villa, offering one of the most scenic routes along the coast to Èze, Monaco, and Menton.

Beautiful old Villa in excellent location near Port Lympia. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. Short walk to closest beach, Port Lympia, tramline and grocery store. Bakery cafeteria only few steps from Villa Leonie. Also bus stop (line 600) to Monaco - Menton right in front of the building.

The proximity to the Nice harbour and public transport meant there were never troubles to get to destinations during our stay. We spent much time in the room, which was spacious and light too. Beautiful old building with "Nice" charm. Half an hour walking distance to the old town area and car parking available inside gated street area. Beach and harbour area within 15 min walking. Excellent romantic place for those who like oldish luxury Villa style.

Amazing beautiful old villa in a vintage style, every detail has its own history. Private and gated street of villas. I really enjoyed our room with a garden view and balcony. The paintings and high ceilings- admirable. Our dog was also welcomed with kindness. The location is perfect, it’s close to old town and nearest beach on the rocks (but we loved them). The owner of the villa is very nice and caring.

The location was excellent, 10 minute walk to the old city , 5 minutes to the beach. The property did represent good value. The bathroom was very nicely finished off and there were lovely French doors that opened from the bedroom and bathroom Room was spacious

We enjoyed the villa ´s location - 15 min walking distance from the city centre. Situated in a private street, beautiful surroundings. Our host Clémence was very nice, helpful with all we needed. We liked our lunch time on the property garden - very calm spot. There are many details we admired in the house and our apartment. We can only recommend booking stay here and are looking forward to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Leonie. It is only a short walk from a delightful bakery and from a small beach. It is also close to rental electric bikes which can be used to easily travel to the main promenade and main square with restaurants. Clemence was a very responsive and helpful host.

The residence is set in a charming typical Niçoise villa, with renovated apartments and common areas that offer a more authentic alternative to standard holiday rentals. Its location is very strategic: on the road connecting Villefranche to Nice, with quick access to the highway and the port nearby. Naturally, this means you won’t have complete silence, but if you’re used to city life it’s hardly noticeable. The owner was welcoming and cordial, and the villa has the added convenience of a private gated street with safe parking.
