“Good location, nice view, comfy apartment”

Comfortable apartment, with a lot of light and nice view. They send a video with how to get in the apartment, that was very helpful. they have almost eveything you need there. Very close to tram and bus station. The stores are really close.

The view was spectacular.. like the photos.. The host was very attentive and helped us once we raised our concerns.. collection of the keys was easy.. as the beautiful lady was waiting for us on the street to give us keys and show us the room..

“Beautiful view”

The location was fantastic. You cant get a better location on that street. A beautiful view of the beach from the every room including the kitchen was certainly the highlight of the stay. The rooms are huge and there are two bathrooms. The living room was also very spacious with a conformable couch and a large television. The kitchen was very well equipped.

“Excellent stay with excellent views over the promenade.”

The property was very nice and right at the promenade though a bit away from the center/old town it was easy to get there by bus 8 or 20. The apartment had in practice two bedrooms, one with double bed and sofa and one with sofabed in living room and two bathrooms, so suited both for friends and families. Double terrace with excellent views and aircondition. Kitchen had access from both sides of apartment and was well-equipped. There is a gas station with a mini-market next door. The tram behind the gas station goes directly to airport.

Amazing vews, space, facilities in apartment, although we were out most of time, it was comfortable and spacious to come back to, nearby restaurants and easy walk into town

“Great days in Nice”

The apartment was right at the Promenade des Anglais, just across the beach. It was clean, spacious (2 bathrooms), AC and has a nice balcony & beautiful view. Supermarket was around the corner and the bus stop just in front of the house. Plenty of restaurants in the area. So the location is great.

“Everything was excellent”

The apartment was excellent. Has everything you need in the line of a fully appointed kitchen. It is very clean and has a great view of the promenade Anglais. The apartment is very convenient for buses and trams. You can also walk to the centre of Nice. The video sent before arrival is great to show you how to access the property and where the bins are etc. Dave who met us for the key handover is very helpful. We have no hesitation In recommending a stay at this apartment.

The apartments are in a very convenient location: next to the sea, public transport stop right next to it. The apartment has everything you need to live comfortably (dishes, bed linen, etc.)

Beautiful location with very easy access to the beach and a very pleasant walk into the old town. Large, attractive well appointed appartment and 2 bathrooms were a real bonus. Transport links very close by.
