The apartment is stunning and the balcony overlooking that gorgeous view is breathtaking Apartment is very spacious with a bonus having 2 bathroom with plenty of hot water The pool and sitting area is very relaxing Having a supermarket and bus stop within walking distance was ideal

Location near the sea, city center, excellent availability of food (100 meters), bus. The stay was excellent, our expectations were met. The accommodation was clean, large, with enough equipment. The owner was helpful, kind and helpful.

“Overall we had a nice stay in Nice, it’s a good base to explore the surrounding area from.”
The apartment is spacious and clean, the best thing by far is the amazing sea view. Plus it’s a corner unit so you have a balcony all around. It’s safe, there are electronic metal shutters which all worked well. It’s well equipped with dishwasher, big fridge freezer, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath shower & WC, the other shower, & separate WC. 2 bedrooms both with double beds and balcony access.

In a beautiful location, stunning views. Apart from the city centre but near a bus stop and convenience store. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with an incredible sea view from the terrace. All the amenities were there, and there was a large supermarket a block away. Hosts responded quickly to any questions.
