Everything about this apartment was perfect!Location and proximity to the Sulzer parking garage, quietness, apartment equipment, close to an excellen breakfast restaurant.

The location was fantastic, in the old town and across the road from the beach and within 4 minute walk from the shopping stores.

This apartment truly was the highlight of our trip. We both agreed it could not have been any better! It’s right in the heart of Old Town with all the restaurants, shops and action. The building front faces the ocean and is ten steps from the Promenade, the backside (where this unit is) faces the famous rue Saint François de Paule. Five minute walk to the city transit system ie the bus or metro. The property was stocked with everything you could think of and more. The air conditioning was HEAVENLY after being outside in the heat all day. We felt safe and secure and loved that we could people watch and see the nightlife from the balcony and window. Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We even loved that there was a tv in the bed room so we could sign into Netflix and watch a show at night. Steps outside the door were the best restaurants and the most adorable Boulangerie where you could grab treats and morning coffee. I was with a girlfriend for a Mom’s getaway, but am planning on returning and staying at this property with my husband in the near future. Thank you Monika!

Quiet location, close to the sea and restorants. Welcome vine, beer, water and snacks was really great surprise. Not big, but very queit and quite fast elevator. Microfiber beach towels and dryer rack for wet towels.
