Like other reviewers mentioned. Big, very well equipped. We loved the cleanliness and quietness. Excellent location; beach 5 mins, train station 15 mins, old city center 15 mins walk. Good communication with host (would have loved to meet her, instead we met with Ana). Comfortable bed with view across the roofs in Nice. Loved the pots, pans, dishwasher and washing machine. Some start up items were provided. And even a beach umbrella was in the apartment! We would love to come again in some years!

“Quiet apartment on a great location”

First of all, I want to emphasize how incredibly clean was the apartment. I never saw something like this. It is well equipped with everything a family may need - from plenty of kitchenware to the washing machine. Best thing about this apartment is location. Old town, coast, restaurants and flower market are all nearby. We had everything in a walking distance. Could not recomment enough!

Awesome location: just 2 blocks from English promenade. Quiet street and location. All essential kitchen appliances were included. Very comfy kitchen and dining area.

Great place. Very clean apartment. The owners take care of it. Beautiful building outside in a Mediterranean type. Perfect for vacation in the center of Nice. Car parking also very close. Excellent !

Irish couple that stayed here in late September, the flat is spotless, great space and you could not ask for a better location in Nice! “Lovely flat in a super central location.”

The flat is small but really, really well-designed. Everything has been thought of, and there is ample storage. We are a family of 4 and felt we had plenty of space for everything! It is bright and light and clean and our hosts had left welcome resources (washing capsules, coffee etc), so we didn't need to rush to buy anything.
