Dominique and his wife were extremely welcoming and very easy to contact. They provided us with helpful suggestions nearby and ensured that the studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Dominique, the host was very welcoming and I had a pleseant stay! Room was neat with washing machine as well as a fully functioning kitchen and nice bed.

Hosts Dominique and his wife were very helpful and quick to reply to all questions. They gave us good instructions on how to get to the property and also gave a mini tour of the property. We were there ona cycling vacation and host offered to keep our bikes in the garage.

Seclusion from the main business of Nice, tucked away in the hills with a beautiful view. Self-sufficient, everything we needed. Super friendly owners who live just above so can answer any questions if needed. Close to bus stops to central and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Loved the view from the window and Dominique was very friendly and helpful also carrying my bags as there are a few stairs to get to the studio

The owners are very kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome. There is enough room for two and the location is quiet and peaceful, we quickly felt at home in the space. This place has everything you need, even a laundry machine that dries, so you can start a load and go out for the day returning to clean dry clothes! There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away that we found fresh fruit and delicious pastries for breakfasts. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Promenade and closer to 30m or 40m if you want to reach Old Nice by foot (which we happily did a few of our days here!).

it was tucked away and quiet. you had access via the property’s garden. fully equipped with kitchenette / coffee machine etc I didn’t need anything that wasn’t there.

it’s a very lovely studio, perfect for two, 20 min walking from the beach. I really loved it. There’s a comfortable bed, big bathroom and all that is needed for cooking. Owners are always willing to help. I would definitely stay for the second time.

The accommodation is run by a very friendly couple and is fully furnished and fully equipped (air conditioning, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). Great bed to sleep in, not saggy. There is a nice garden to sit in and enjoy your breakfast or dinner. The supermarket is within walking distance (400 meters). The location is easily accessible. Walkable from the station but there is a bus stop at the front and a tram stop at the rear. The tram track is far enough from the accommodation so that you are not bothered by this. The accommodation is clean and definitely recommended for a pleasant stay in Nice
