Great location, right next to a tram stop. There are bakeries and shops nearby, and the beach is just around the corner. The city center is about 10 minutes by tram or a pleasant 30-minute walk along the promenade. The apartment is well equipped, and I especially appreciated having a washing machine. The owner is very helpful, communicative, and attentive.

Nice flat with everything one needs. Good mattress, kitchen with microwave (no oven), big TV etc. View to the ocean from the big balcony. Good location - next to tram stop, the sea, supermarket, bakery and some restaurants. Windows are to the back so there is hardly any street noise. Nice centre is just some tram stops or a walk on the promenade away. Host very helpful. Problem with Netflix was solved soon.

The apartment is located in a good location with a sea view. There is an old elevator on each floor, as well as old entrance doors to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. There are several different shops not far from the apartment.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful seaside apartment on the 3rd floor! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The apartment is spacious, very well maintained, and truly feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook and enjoy your meals. The bathroom is clean and modern, the bedroom is comfortable, and there was even a baby bed prepared for our little one, which was a wonderful touch. The terrace is a real gem, with a table for outdoor dining, a clothes dryer, and even some beach essentials provided – everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment offers every comfort you could ask for: efficient air conditioning, a TV, and plenty of space to relax. The location is simply perfect – right in front of the tram stop, with pastry shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies just a few steps away. It made everything so easy and convenient during our stay. The hosts, a truly kind and welcoming gentleman and lady, went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. Great location, quick walk to the beach and the tram station is right out the front. Only a 5 min tram ride to get into main area of Nice. Tran was super helpful and the apartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Loved this little apartment, great location next to a tram stop 5 mins from the promenade. Sunny balcony to eat breakfast/dinner etc, quiet bedroom with shutters on the windows, nice shower, well equipped kitchen. Owner let us in earlier as had a morning flight. Communicate was excellent. Definitely stay again on our next visit to Nice 👌

“The perfect apartment”

Fabulous apartment, perfect location with a tram stop right outside which gets you onto the centre of Nice in a few minutes, cost is €1.70 per trip. Free parking in the secure underground car park very close was also a great thing to have. The owner was very kind and so thoughtful, and went over and above to make our stay so perfect. I will definitely stay again next time.

The location was very convenient for public transportation, points of interest and the airport. The Promenade des Anglais is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The tram was available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was compact and had all the necessities for our brief stay. Property is as described. Very gracious and kind host

Location was great, ease of access to sea, right outside tram stop enabling 10 mins into city centre. Host included free parking so perfect for a rental car and going around south of France coast.
