“Sauna feeling... :(”
We booked this accomodation because it's central and it said that it had air condition. In reality it only had two fans. The temperatur was over 30° inside the rooms. After taking a shower (which was also difficult because the water pressure was low and temperatur changed all the time) the bathroom turned into a sauna. We couldn't enjoy our stay at all. On top, the windows can only be opened halfway, so you can't really use them for cooling. There were mosquitos everywere. For our next stay, we would search for another option. Additionally, we were offered a 100 Euro voucher if we give them a good review- that is not ok.....

“Great apartment in a wonderful city.”
Good location with easy access to/from apartment. Fans were provided which was useful as the temperature was very hot.

“Cozy space and French street view”
A very nice apartment that you only need a ten minutes walk to reach the seaside.My friend said it was like a puzzle game to find the black code box at the pipe next to the front door where the host hides the keys.My favourite parts are the living room and balcony which you can catch a typically French street view from above.The beds are so comfortable.Highly recommended!

There is no air conditioning as was advertised - only free standing fans. There is no service desk which would not have been a problem except there was no toaster and it took many messages backwards and forwards, they kept telling me to check the kitchen cupboards and I kept telling them I had checked every single cupboard multiple times. Unfortunately the lack of air conditioning really impacted our stay in Nice.

“Nice host nice property- in Nice”
Good location for visiting Nice. Host provided everything he said he would. Key was available at the specified time. (I enjoyed it so much I left my water flask in the fridge) There is a Carrefore Express just down the road which is convenient.

the location is marvellous, everything was reachable for us, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops, except for the beach which was more than 20 min walking not 100 metres as advertised on booking.com. the flat was clean and had most of the things a family would need for a 5 nights stay. the neighbourhood was safe and quiet.
