Location was perfect right next to the old town

The property was a great size, was just like the photos, great location for getting to train station and the promenade. The apartment was clean and staff were friendly. Was really good value for the price that I paid. Towels and toilet roll were provided. Washing machine was helpful.

The size of the room is large, and they are equipped with air conditioning and kitchen. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the bathroom.

Alex the host was superb - efficient and clear communication, very prompt to respond, friendly and professional. He was very helpful to sort out a small technical glitch with the A/C unit and this was resolved extremely quickly - this did not affect the comfort of my stay as it was fixed immediately. Alex provided excellent written communication regarding arrival at the property, collection of keys and any other instructions for the apartment - i advise people to read all of this carefully and you will have no problem. Quiet location in a residential area, easy to get to everywhere via foot or tram/bus, very comfy mattress for a lovely sleep. Everything was supplied for washing machine, washing dishes, bathroom toiletries, toilet rolls, cleanign products - this was excellent to have for my few days. I would highly recommend this continues for future guests. The fridge was large and very clean. Kitchen well stoocked with stove, kettle, toaster. shower was clean and hot water plenty all day and night - excellent. Great to have wardrobe storage. With small improvements this will be an excellent property and I will be happy to stay there again next year when I return to Nice in April 2023.
