“Our third visit to Nice in two years and as before we had a lovely holiday.”
Location is excellent, not too busy, adjacent bakeries and small supermarket, easy walking distance from Devaudy tram stop, main station, shops and beach. The host was very helpful although as we'd stayed twice before we didn't need a lot of assistance. The local people, restaurant, staff and beach staff were all really pleasant. The trains to Menton etc were clean, frequent and punctual.

“A convenient, warm and comfortable stay.”
The location was good; it's not far from the station, shopping areas, restaurants the promenade and old town. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The heating worked well and it was good to have a lift as the apartment is on the fourth floor. There is also a supermarket around the corner about one minute awa.

Good location, close to shops and a short walk to the tourist locations in the old town. Comfortable bed and sofa, nice and clean all round. Everything was provided and host was lovely.

Clean and bright apartment. Everything you need to make it a perfect bolt hole to explore Nice and surrounding areas. 5 mins from trams stops.

The apartment is very well located as it is close to the railway station and to the Promenade des Anglais and only 7 km far away from the airport. There are also 2 supermarkets in the area. We enjoyed staying on the terrace in the morning and in the evening.

“Spacious and quiet apartment with perfect location, loved that it had a balcony!”
Very spacious and comfortable! The location was perfect for us, close to the station as we wanted to travel around and was a nice distance from the old town.
