“Well-supplied apartment with friendly hosts and lovely large garden”

The hosts are immensely kind and approachable and very keen for people to have a good time in their property and in the area. They have prepared a good information pack and also provided lots of local advice. The apartment is hugely well supplied. We used the Nespresso machine every morning and also the George Foreman grill to prepare our food in the garden. Knives, cutlery, plates, pots, serving bowls and glasses were all in good supply, also a dishwasher. There was a washing machine and a good-sized drying rack to use in the garden which was very helpful. We used the communal pool twice it was never busy and was open till ten. There is also a BBQ in that area which you can book to have for the lunch or dinner slot (up till 11 pm). The shower is excellent. The outside space is extremely large and relaxing with deckchairs, tables and plenty of shade provided by umbrellas and canopies. The hosts allowed us to drop our bags early and were very punctual both on departure and arrival. They live in the building and provided their numbers if we needed anything while staying.

I felt the value for money and utilisation of space was great. You were given plenty of great facilities and the outside was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were flexible and this made our trip ideal.

Weak room and smelly towels. The apartment itself smells of antiquity. In addition, you should not be fooled about the outdoor swimming pool, because in order to go to the swimming pool, you need to go out into the street, climb the mountain and go to the other yard through the parking lot about 150-200m from the apartment to the next pool in the area. Correspondingly, the shower was short of breath and the water was difficult to drain in shower cabin. End of the day host doesn’t understand english only french. It was difficult to communicate with google translation.

The host was very nice showed things around and was very friendly, location is not suitable, you have to walk a long way to catch the tram and there are no supermarket nearby, Place could be little more clean-

An excellent host. We were contacted before arrival, we received all the information for the location, we were waited for two hours (we apologize for that)... The location is wonderful, modern, with great facilities. It has access to the private terrace, which in Nice is fabulous. Everything is at its best for a decent price. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

Loved the garden space. Great way to chill out. Not far from the tram. Bathroom was brilliant. The hosts were perfect and helped find us when we were lost.

Nice and clean ground floor flat with private garden and dedicated parking. Also access to swimming pool.

All equipment what you need was there. Feel like home from home. All very comfortable and easy to relax. Swimming pool was a bonus. Very clean.

“Relaxing nice place in Nice”

We enjoyed to stay her. Everything is comfortable, well eqiupped, really feel like home. The swimming pool is 5 minutes walk, very good possibility to refresh. We stayed a lot in the cozy garden as well. You have a closed private parking placce in the courtyard. I recommend to stay here.
