Great apartment, spacious,comfortable and clean, very good equipped with all needed for comfortable living. All rooms is equipped with Air Conditioning systems. We felt ourselves as at home. Close to old town, beach and restaurants . Very quiet at the same time. Reza was very accommodating, his communication was great. He was in touch from the moment of booking till checkout and even after. It was a pleasure to have a deal with him. We would to stay here again.

“Perfect stay close to Nice center”

We stayed in this apartment 3 nights as 6 friends. Reza helped a lot upon our arrival to give keys and information. We had no problem check in and check out. Apartment location was very good near to center. It is equipped very well, in kitchen or bathroom you can find everything you need. It is advisable in your Nice visit.

The location was epic and it was a lovely, traditional French style apartment with everything we needed!

It had plenty of room and space. It was close to a few supermarkets. Not too far to the beach area. Reza was very helpful and brought us some small towels when we asked.

The location was superb, apartment was clean and looked good, owner was very caring and nice.

The apartment is in a great location. The street is quiet at night, with a bus stop just outside. It is only a few minutes walk away ftom tram stops, Old Nice, and not far from the sea front. There are bakeries and supermarkets close by. The apartment is well-equipped. The owner, Reza, was on hand to let us in and show us around. He is friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for restaurants, places to visit etc. He responds quickly to requests. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean. The mattress in the en suite bedroom is firm. There is only 1 toilet. We found the coffee maker difficult to use. Reza came and showed us again how to use it but we never seemed to have the knack. Anyone with mobility issues needed to be aware that there are 22 steps up to this 1st floor apartment, plus some steps inside it. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nice. We also loved having lunch at La Grignoterie in Villefranche sur Mer, much quieter than Nice, better beach and an easy bus ride.

Everything was great! The apartment was super clean and it was clearly well taken cared for. It was big and the beds and sofa Bed were comfortable. The location was the best, walking distance to everything! Reza, the house manager, was SUPER nice. He made our experience even better and was always answering the messages and helping with everything he could. Thank you Reza!
