Location, cleanliness of apartment, nice to have reasonable sized balcony and spacious apartment. Having a lift was very helpful. Plenty of hangers in wardrobes and reasonable space.

The location is great, the house is spacious with two couches in the living room, which is comfortable. The balcony has a good amount of space and the furniture and appliances are fairly new, including a decent air conditioner.
