“Great location. Spacious apartment.”
Great location. Spacious apartment. Clean. Showers are good. Two toilets. Buses to various locations right across the street. Lots of bakeries, cafes, restaurants nearby. The apartment is on a busy road, but the double glazing is very good and there is aircon, so you don't need to have windows open at night. Proper outside roller shutters on all windows for blackout/noise reduction.

“Very good choice when in Nice.”
The apartment is great! Very spacious, clean and welcoming. You have at your disposal everything you could need during your stay. For us it was a very good choice that met all our needs and we were very satisfied. The terrace was a big plus for us as we used it quite a lot. It is a very good choice when in Nice to stay here. The area is safe and lively, you have every choice of shops around and a parking garage just under the building(costs apply) that is really useful.

“Spacious three bedroom apartment in great location!”
Great location in the Old Town, walking distance to shops, train, tram, and the port. Gorgeous beaches around 30 mins walk away, or a short hop in a taxi. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk from the property. The air con was in the lounge and all bedrooms. Electric blinds for evening were great. Good size roof terrace. Helpful and responsive hosts.

“The apartment was just perfect for us as a family with two teenage boys and really added to our holiday.”
We know the area well and the property’s location was perfectly in the middle. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and comfortable with every convenience you would need. The instructions on everything were perfect. The verandah was lovely for breakfast in the mornings which we really enjoyed.
