“Nice location, but needs more thought on client comfort.”
The location was very central, so that was good. The bed was not very comfortable. Sitting on the edge, the iron cuts into your skin. It would be nice to have a relaxing chair to sit on, not just high stools. I think it's really cheeky asking guests to empty the bin or lose their deposits. If the place is going to be cleaned for the next client, I don't see why clients need to be emptying the bin.

The entrance to the apartment looked like a horror movie, very dirty, with dead cockroaches, smelling bad and with the floor all broken. Quite dark and difficult place to turn on the lights.

“The stay was pleasant despite a few things.”
I enjoyed that the location was near the beach, it was a well equipped apartment. It was warm and modern. The fact that soaps and a hair dryer was available was nice. And that an ironing board was there as well. There were many tourist attractions near by and the walk to public transports was about 15min furthest. After collecting keys while going to the actual location you could look at the city. The receptionist spoke English very well and was very nice.

The location is excellent, the center of old Nice. The beach is nearby, the apartments are very clean, fully equipped, there is everything you need.
