“Really enjoyable and not too far from everywhere”
Wasn't too far from lots of places. Was clean with nice thick towels, having two bathrooms was a huge bonus. The apartment was nicely decorated. I will definitely use this apartment in the future when I visit my daughter again.

“Central, good for families”
The apartment was a very good choice for 4 adults and a 2 year old kid. 2 separate bathrooms made things a lot easier. The apartment is quite central, easy to get anywhere. Lidl supermarket is right around the corner. Also, we had a slight internet problem and the hosts took care of it right away. :)

“the living area is spacious and having 2 separate shower rooms, both with a toilet worked well.”
Only one set of keys which meant we always had to be together. There were only enough easy chairs for 3 people when we were a group of 4 ladies. Neither hairdryers worked and surprisingly there were no wine glasses (given we were in France!), only small glass tumblers.

“Clean, comfortable, well located and great value for the size of the apartment.”
We enjoyed having two bathrooms, for a family of 5 this was a bonus. The kitchen was decked out with everything you needed including a dishwasher. We highly recommend for a family or two couples.

Location was great, easily accessible to everything in the city including local tourist spots, public transport, and food. All in all a great place to stay and would stay here again if coming to Nice.

There was enough space for 6 people, two of which are active children :) A small coffee machine and capsules for it pleased us in the morning. Very good location of the house: 15-20 minutes to the beach, 5-10 to the old town and cafes and restaurants. There are 2 great playgrounds nearby. The tram stop is also within walking distance.

“All in all, a really nice apartment, great location, good facilities, clean, comfortable”
Apartment was nice and spacious, excellent location to the old town. We didnt meet the hosts but they were great and giving us clear instructions on how to access the keys and what to do when we left. We had Fans for each room. Everything we needed was in the apartment, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc.
