The studio is very well located. It is managed by a rental company which gives you access to an app to facilitate check-in and other services. There is a kitchen and a small sofa. The view over the roofs of Nice is lovely.

“Right in the heart of the city, perfect for travelling alone”
Excellent location! Very close to the city centre, the tram stops were just nearby. Informative instructions on how to collect the keys. Very convenient transport to the airport - just take the tram. The AC was a real life saver, Netlfix was working, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, iron with a board, hairdryer - additional pluses :)

“Nice location and lovely small apartment.”
Nice little apartment, lofty style. Great location, easy access to the town and beaches. Needs a little of tlc in terms of fixing cracks and painting. Just a little disappointing that we had to collect the keys from a different location. Not nice, especially in the middle of the night. The key boys should have been next to the property as it is for most apartments.
