“Terrible uninhabitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs”
The bedroom was too hot and the ceiling too low. The 4th floor and 100 steps to get there was not advertised at all we didn’t like anything only good thing was location. The pictures show a bright airy apartment it was dull and dark the tv wasn’t satellite all French some channels poor signal

The lady at the reception was super rude and arrogant. I have never experienced anyone so unfriendly and rude such as this lady who destroyed overall impression from our stay at your hotel. For example, instead of saying hello and welcome, her first reaction was why we did not respond to any of her emails and added that her emails are very important so how we dared not to respond to her emails. Moreover, she was angry with us that her colleague allowed us to store our luggage within the premises before the checkin.
