Staff were absolutely amazing - our plane was delayed three hours so we didn’t get there until almost midnight. They communicated with us on what’sapp all the time. They waited for us and left some meat and cheese, gin and tonics and wine for us - all on the house. Exceptional service.

“Our NICE home”

It's all about the people that run a place to make it great. We felt so good at Maison Lamartine! Easy checkin, everything that we needed in our spacious apartment, especially for our toddler. Everyday somebody took our garbage, and we were constantly asked if we need anything. Really felt welcomed. So many special items for our kid (from children towels, to dining chair, to nappy bin in the bathroom! and so on). Location great, just downtown, Monoprix supermarket around the corner and one of famous bakeries of Nice (Michel Fiori) 3 blocks away. It definitely feels like the only place in Nice to come back. As the name of the place translates...we really felt like home (maison). Thank you!

This place was amazing. Staff were quick to offer help and were professional as well as friendly. Excellent in every way. We had most contact with Simon, but Karinna was equaly helpful We felt very welcome. The little touches of extras, like coffee, tea and of course, Port, the cookies in the foyer, really impressed us. The apartment was very comfortable and immaculate.And everything one could possibly need was provided. The location was fantastic and very walkable. We fell in love with Nice all over again. To sum up, we tried to come up with something negative about this property but failed miserably. This is the best stay we have ever had! Definitely would highly recommend.

“Comfortable”

This hotel was situated walking distance to the central station (Nice-Ville), was incredibly clean, and the staff were insanely attentive and approachable. We received breakfast during our stay and this was perfect - selection of cured meats, yoghurt & fresh fruit and an assortment of baked goods (e.g. chocolate croissants). The kitchenette within our room was well stocked and allowed for a comfortable stay. Corinne truly made our stay - such a warm welcome and just a lovely person to chat to!

The staff were absolutely amazing!! Corina in particularly made the stay unforgettable. She was so attentive, generous, funny and complimentary. Without her the stay would not have been the same.

Have stayed here before and came again, as it is a perfectly located cool hotel - close to Nice-Ville station (if you want to explore the other French Riviera towns) and walking distance to everything else. Loved both our stays here and the kitchenette is a welcome addition!

Convenient location near the station and main shopping street. Beautiful building. Comfortable beds. The staff is really friendly.

The building was perfect and typically French. It was the best accommodation we had in Europe so far, rooms were bigger than expected. Lobby was beautiful, and they were decorating for Christmas. By far the staff were absolutely fabulous. Polite, welcoming and extremely helpful. Lift was helpful too!

Extremely friendly staff which has made our stay helpful and enjoyable. Property is good as well although little bit outdated amid needs some renovation, location is central with a short walk to all directions
