“Too noisy to sleep”

It is a beautiful apartment with good facilities. Totally outweighed by noise, checkout time and key drop at the end of the stay. It is worthy of note also, that despite cleaners arriving earlier than checkout, you are still required to drop bins downstairs, which means you are helping the cleaners with their work.

“Incredible location for an amazing apartment”

Apartment looked exactly as pictured and it is fantastic. With two bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and central lounge there is ample space. The location is incredible … in the old town near the beach and promenade and surrounded by dining options. In a vibrant location and we enjoyed opening the windows and hearing all the sounds from the street. Owner very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We will stay here again

“A wonderful stay in a fabulous location”

A wonderful, unique property within a beautiful building. Excellent location, couldn’t have asked for better. An abundance of restaurants, shops and bars on the same street. Apartment itself was spacious, clean, with all the facilities required.

Location to beach. Kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent. A beautiful building full of space and historical interest. Aircon in every room!

“Convenient and interesting- but could be made better”

The property is very well located in a art deco old building. It is convenient, on the first floor, with wide staircase. There is an elevator also. It is a spacious property with two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. the kitchen is also well with appointed tea/ cofee machine, pots and pans, cutlery etc. It also had extra towels and linen for the sofa bed. It is in the center of many resturants, souvenier shops, supermarket etc. The walk to famed anglaise De promanade is 2 minutes. The apartment has some interesting artifacts and paintings which adds to its character. Overall a very lively place to stay, but more suited to couples or singles.

Great Location and the apartment has everyting we need.

“Great location in the heart of Old Nice”

The location couldn't be better. In the heart of Old Town, steps away from the market and many amazing restaurants and the beach. It's one floor above ground level, with a beautiful stairwell and a small elevator. The apartment itself was quite large, and nicely renovated for such a historic building. Very nicely decorated, and the soundproof windows worked great. There was a bit of noise from the Irish pub downstairs but the windows blocked about 90% of the music. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and the shower water pressure was very nice. The instructions for getting the keys were very clear. A good combo washer/dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent provided, as well as oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar in the kitchen. Overall we would likely stay here again if we returned to Nice. And thankfully the host had likely fixed some things since previous reviews, since we did not notice any smell coming from the dishwasher, and the coffee machine worked great.

“charming BUT very noisy”

This apartment is charming. it is beautifully French with an excellent location in old Nice.

The location was superb. Collecting the key was not far. There is a parking entri 30m from the apartment, but google was missleading. The apartment is huge, clean, with everyting you need. So it was great.

The location was both good and bad...center of everything, 3 minute walk to the beach...located right above a pub that parties till early morning hours (one night till 3am) with loud thomping music and party patrons. The windows block alot of the noise, but no where enough to be able to sleep!
