Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The apartment is ideally located, spacious, scrupulously clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view was incredible and you could people watch for hours. The apartment block communal areas were clean and it was very quiet, bliss.The air con was great and it felt totally secure and very comfortable. Short walk to the old town and excellent fromagerie and boulangeries right around the corner. We will be back :)

First thing first, the location is spectacular. The price was good since I was there off season, but expect the price to be significantly higher during the summer peak season. Supermarket just behind the block and opens till quite late. Tram to the old city or a long walk. The apartment is adequately comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 baths and a separate WC is really practical for a group size of more than 2. The full sized washing machine comes in handy for longer stays. The best part of the apartment is the balcony, with a full 180 degree frontage of the sea/beach and the Nice airport runway further right. Very 'instagrammable'! Street parking was quite easy for me, perhaps it's off season, and the best part is it is free from evening onwards till the next morning. I read many negative reviews about the bathroom; water overflowing from the shower pan and showerhead falling. Honestly, I was also initially concerned about this. Yes, the shower pan is shallow (but I feel it's quite typical in Europe). Just like we can't complain that the elevator can only take 3 person. For older cities, having one is already a luxury we should be grateful of. Not a drop of water overflow during my entire stay. I overcame this by regulating the waterflow and to turn the water off whilst shampooing to allow the water to discharge. I don't think there is any issue with the drainage system, just that the pan is shallow and it can't hold up a vast amount of water. For the showerhead, just tilt it back towards the wall and it will stay.

Lovely view right across from the beach so beautiful on the balcony, they had all the essentials you would need in an apartment Clear instructions for checkin but would have been a lot better if we had a contact number on WhatsApp to message like most of the apartment bookings do .

Views of the sea are excellent. Everything is well explained. The host was very helpful and helped us keep the luggage after the checkout. The property was very beautiful and well maintained with a working piano, excellent balconies and air conditioning. Kitchen was very well maintained and equipped. Washing machine was especially useful. The towels provided were good quality and soap etc was also ample.

fabulous accommodation in old french building,.location is amazing,central on promenade with fabulous view of beach and a walk 2 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to nearest tram line which are great to use and fog value if going to other area of city or getting connecting train to Monaco.Fred was more than helpful and prompt with anything we needed to sort.def study here agsin and highly recommend this beautiful place
