The location of this property was just fantastic. A stone’s throw from the beach, right in the centre of everything, yet quiet and secluded. It is comfortable, clean and perfect for exploring the local areas. Nico was a great host who was super helpful and even suggested places to visit and eat.

Although the building itself is a bit unassuming and dated, the apartment was spacious, extremely clean, modern, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's a walkable distance from the nearest tram (that takes you to the airport and the old city) and is a short walk to the train station. The check-in was smooth despite us arriving quite late, thanks to the host being responsive and quite detailed with his instructions. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots and pans, and even some pantry items. There was a washer/dryer combo machine with detergent pods provided. Both bathrooms had hand wash, shampoo and conditioner; the master even had formula for the tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Nice.

The apartment is in great location. Close to the promenade, bus stops, all kind of shops and coffee places you wish to enjoy your French routine for breakfast. The interior is modern, spacious and very tidy. Contact with the landlord is direct and quick. Nico is very helpful and available for any questions or tips. Loved the location, proximity to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, etc. The safety features in the flat, spacious and comfortable with a generous supply of all necessities. Very helpful and responsive host.

The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, fully equipped, modern, very clean. The sea is really about 30 meters away, the tram stop is a few minutes walk, the old town is also easily accessible on foot. Nico is a very kind host, he answered all questions within a few minutes. I highly recommend it, hopefully we will return soon!

This gorgeous apartment is in a prime location. Beautiful finishes in every room. Excellent AC and equipped with everything you might need. Nicolas is attentive and responds so quickly to texts. I would book this apartment again and again.

It was in a great location, close to the beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was well furnished, to a high standard, clean and tidy, and the owner was very helpful. I'd highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely loved this place it was stylish, comfortable and super clean. Loved the fact that it had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. We felt right at home and so close to the beach, beach clubs and restaurants. Nico was excellent and very quick to respond. I highly recommend this home away from home.

The location was great! Just across the beach, close to everything you need! The 2 bedrooms were lovely and clean! Everything you need and spacious! The host was lovely as well. Communicated well with us and was really gracious. Would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is clean and cozy staying here just like at home. Location is convenient nearby beach and old port is in walking distance.

Everything is exceptional, newly renovated, tasteful, spotless, absolutely nothing is missing! Great location, close to the beach and still very quiet at night. The host is very helpful and kind, access to the apartment is very easy! We have nothing to complain about, they thought of everything. Thank you!

Excellent location! The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with everything you needed and tastefully decorated. Niko and his associate were quick to answer any questions we had, and the free storage was a nice extra we weren't expecting. Very spacious for 4 people and a nice area, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a nice walk on the promenade to old town. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We loved almost everything about the apartment. Location was perfect. The place had that "good vibe" in it. It was the best out of the five places we've stayed in during this summer vacation.
