Amazing location, facilities were great, had a washing machine, Frederic provided lots of things for the stay and lots of useful information.

Close proximity to everything in Nice and train station for day trips. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and beach. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a fantastic stay

The owners are exceptionally kind people. On the day we arrived, we were able to drop off our luggage at the apartment early, and on the day we left, we were able to leave our luggage with Frederic, who even drove us to the airport himself that evening. You don’t come across that very often anymore. Thank you. The apartment itself is very lovingly decorated and is located in a beautiful area with many restaurants and shops. Yet it’s still quiet at night. It’s also just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the old town. We’ll definitely be back.

The host met us to give us the keys and show us around the property and kindly explained the essentials. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room which was extremely comfy.

Frederic is an excellent host. He met us in front of the house and showed us the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our seven-night stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes, knives, forks, and even scissors. We used the kettle, microwave, and toaster. We didn’t need to use anything else, but there was also a stove, oven, washing machine, etc. The air conditioning worked well, which was important for us since we’re used to a cooler climate. The location is also great. The beach is a couple of minutes away, and the train station is about a 17-minute walk. So, the apartment is perfect for both a beach vacation and exploring other areas. There are plenty of restaurants on the same street, and a Carrefour supermarket is just a short walk away on a side street. We especially appreciated the attention to small details. For example, there was an umbrella, a beach mat, and a beach umbrella provided. To our great surprise, Frederic even drove us to the airport in the morning, which was very convenient since our flight was quite early. We were very satisfied with our stay in Nice and hope to return someday.

The apartment is in a great location, only a block back from the beach, and very close to other attractions. The place has absolutely everything you could want or need, it is amazingly set up. Frederic was very helpful in showing me where everything thing was and how it worked. Nice sized place, with a great vibe and level of comfort, and only 1 floor up, plus there is a small elevator to help when you arrive and depart work bags etc. Bonus of a brilliant Patisserie right across the street. Tip for arriving in Nice, the taxis are unbelievable expensive, try and get an Uber instead.

“Amazing, well equipped apartment in a central location close to the beach.”

This was our second stay at L’Olivette and it was just as nice as we remembered. The flat is in a lovely location, minutes away from the promenade and beach. There are a lot of lovely restaurants nearby and a delightful bakers across the road. The hosts are so friendly, giving lots of tips on places to visit and gave us a lift to the airport for our flight home. Last visit I commented it would be nice to have a kettle. There is now a kettle and a toaster!

“The most perfect accomodation in Nice”

We had the most beautiful stay at L’Olivette. The location was perfect, being close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars) but still quiet and peaceful. Frederic was an amazing host, easy to communicate with and so kind. We can’t fault anything about this place! It had all the facilities we needed for a few days stay and I would highly recommend it.

The location was excellent. The apartment is in a building one road back from the sea. There are plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and it is well located for public transport. The owner was very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions for a special celebration meal.

Everything!! Brilliant apartment with Everything you could possibly need. The host greeted us and went through everything. Very secure, perfect location. Made us feel very welcome and felt like home.

I can not fault my stay at L’Olivette - it was a perfect stay! The accommodation was beautiful. It had everything that you would need for a short or long term stay. It was a short walk to everything - the beach, restaurants, the grocery store and more. The hosts were amazing. Frèdèric provided me with some great local recommendations and was also kind enough to drive me to the airport in the morning. 10/10 recommend and I will be back!
