“Super sute appartment 15' from.downtown.Nice!”
The owners were extremely kind and helpful. Tha appartment is really nice,with a really cute balcony. There is also coffee for breakfast and everything was really nice!

“Great place to stay in a wonderful city.”
Location was good. About 25 minutes from the Nice train station and 10 from the Line 1 on the tramway. Pleasant residential neighborhood.

It is a good location in a quiet neighbourhood, within reasonable distance of the points of interest in Nice. Free private parking, which is very useful if you have a car.

We Just loved this appartament! Nothing was wrong! It was fitted out with every comfort. We loved having breakfast on the lovely terrace, admiring the landscape full of flowers and really quiet too. We benefit from the parking too. The appartament Is not too much far from the city centre. Anyway if you want to go on foot exploring the city centre ( you need 20 minutes to reach the main square ) you have to afront a hill ( five minutes on foot ) when you come back🥴 In any case we raccomand the appartament! Last but not least : the owners are really kind too!!! ✌️

The property is plenty big enough for a couple to enjoy a week away. It also has a perfectly sized balcony and a very big double bed… The shower is incredible

“Very good”
Apartment is way bigger than the pictures, especially if you’re a couple. Neighbourhood is calm, we Had no complaints. Host is very nice!
