“A place where you want to come back”

Great location, with the sea just across the street. It’s also only a 5-minute walk to the tram that takes you directly to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a lovely balcony for breakfast and coffee with garden view, where you can hear the birds and the sea. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The biggest advantage of this apartment is the host! Danielle is an incredibly warm and caring person. She responds quickly to messages and is always ready to help with anything you need. She welcomed us with coffee, milk, and a bottle of French wine. On our last day, she even brought us fresh croissants for breakfast. That made our day! We felt not only welcomed, but truly cared for — almost like staying in a full-service hotel. I can honestly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location Comfortable, clean place to stay

Danielle was a great host and a sweet lady. Almost everything is accomodated, even the umbrellas for your comfortable time on the beach. The location was superb! Just a few steps to reach the beach. Bus and tram stops are close by. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc... Everything was great.

Very warm, hospitable reception from Danielle. The studio has everything you need to spend a nice time in Nice, and at the beach. The location is perfect for the beach and a walking distance to the Vieux Nice. Some convenience shops are close by, and there is an amazing gelato shop a few minutes away! I definitely recommend and keep this place for the next holidays! Danielle has been very helpful and provided a lot of recommendations.

Perfect apartment with everything you need and seconds away from the beach! The train station and main town is about a 30 minute walk but you can get taxis:)

“Great stay and a great hostess”

The flat is extremely well located on the Promenade des Anglais. It is on the 3rd floor with a lift and there is a small shop next to it.the flat is well equipped and, although small, very functional. The shower is big, the terrace is a welcome addition. The hostess, Danielle, is simply great! She is extremely welcoming, and was always happy to help and accommodate all our requests ! The flat is extremely clean as well. Money well spent on this little rental. The tramway is also really near the flat, and takes you directly to and from the airport (15 mn) & the old town (10 mn). We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone who is thinking of stopping in Nice.
