“Incredible Find in Perfect Location”

The location in proximity to literally everything was incredible. Tram to airport is a less than 2 minutes walk. The apartment building is beautifully designed with so many thoughtful features, luggage storage compartments, making check out time to airport time less stressful, a shower room in reception area and beautiful garden. We were so central, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Final comment that the bed is soooo comfy, we slept like babies

Perfect place near old city as well as tram line from AirPort, located in a nice friendly street, full of cosy restaurants and bars. A marvelous garden inside. Apartment equipped with everything needed. Room service perfect, ladies nice and very helpful.

“A Perfect Stay in Nice”

My stay in Nice was truly wonderful thanks to this apartment. Everything was spotless, and daily cleaning with fresh towels and neatly made beds made the experience even better. Despite being contactless, there wasn’t a single inconvenience. The mini washing machine, towel dryer, and dishwasher made everything so easy and comfortable — I felt right at home. I had considered booking a place closer to the beach, but this location turned out to be perfect. The tram and bus were super convenient, and even after a day at the beach, walking home in a swimsuit felt completely natural. Some reviews mentioned noise from nearby restaurants, but I personally didn’t find it disturbing at all. On the contrary, I felt safe walking around at night, and the lively street view actually added a sense of charm and comfort as I fell asleep. Apartment-style stays often lack hotel-level service, but this place was the exception — everything was perfect. If I ever visit Nice again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.

We were super happy with this accomodation. The facilities were above and beyond and thoughtful to the travelling experience. The accomodation was very clean and private. The location was just great in the old town with lots of wonderful eating places nearby. Would highly recommend.

Thought-out, nicely equipped apartment. Testy breakfast in the yard (annoying pigeons but staff kept them away from guests). Luggage lockers in the foyer with a shower guests can use even after checking out. A receptionist is not on-site but they replied very quickly to my messages when I had a question.

Great location, close to Port and walking distance to main sites. Easy access to airport via public transport. Apartment was available even though we arrived early. Breakfast spread was lovely. Beds super comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Gorgeous flat. Lockers and downstairs shower room greatly appreciated due to later flight.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was perfect - it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go, and close to public transport options. The decor was lovely and the apartment had everything we needed - even a teeny washing machine (much appreciated!) There were many dining options just below the apartment - we had a lovely dinner at the fish restaurant Peixes, and easy breakfasts at Clay. Do make sure you have received and read (!) the login details before you get to the keypad, and have to stand in the rain trying to figure it out!!

Location is very central for the old city, port, beach, access to rail. Once the check-in was done, access was very easy.

Great location and overall atmosphere! It was great to have hot water shower and pressure compared to other stays. Safety was also appreciated alongside cleanliness. Great coffee and tea! Eric was a wonderful host, we appreciated Whatsapp communication, checkin and checkout availability.

We really appreciate the lockers and the shower&toilet facility. Even if you arrive early and/or leave late after checkout, it’s incredibly helpful to use those since the location is pretty convenient. Also the interior design and garden design were above my expectations!
