“Budget apartment near central Nice”
Reasonably central to the centre of Nice. 10 mins walk to the train station. Area quiet and safe. Owner did his best to accommodate our late checkout.

“Spacious and comfortable apartment but beware they will ask for €750 deposit shortly before check in.”
The property was very clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need. Location is very comfortable as well and close to the train and bus station. Within walking distance to the beach and the old town. Excellent for a big group of 7-10 people.
