Great location was ideal for exploring oldtown Nice and there’s a lot of restaurant nearby you can choose from. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Excellent location, very handy for trams and buses as well as excellent location near the old town. Park opposite is great if staying with children. Aircon works really well/easy to keep cool. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage, beds are big and comfortable. Great staff, very helpful and bilingual.

Very good location near many restaurants and interesting places to see. We liked the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable, clean and quiet and good showers. Nicely modernised.

The location was good. Having two bathrooms was good The space in the appartment and kitchen equipment were good. The pictures were accurate The guidebook was very helpful Staff in bag guys were helpful The bottle of wine was a nice touch

"The location of the accommodation was excellent, perfect for exploring the area. The place itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The host provided clear and helpful instructions regarding parking, which made things easier for us. However, due to our delayed arrival, we were charged an additional fee for the late check-in. While we understand that timing can be important, it would have been helpful if an alternative arrangement, such as a key lockbox, had been available. Unfortunately, this situation left us with no choice at the last minute. We believe that offering a more flexible check-in option would be beneficial in the future. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we appreciated the accommodation."
