“We enjoyed our stay very much”
The location is located right in center of nice. Walking distance of train station, trams, shops, restaurants. 5-10 min walk from the beach. The flat is spacious and clean with high ceilings.

Great location - very central (although it was noisy at night!). Flat is great - everything you need, comfy sofa, beds etc.

“Everything was excellent.”
Everything was excellent. The apartments are wonderful, spacious, beautifully furnished. Great place. Next to the main street. Near the train station. To the beach, right on the main street. In no hurry up to 10 min. Although there is a street nearby, a lot of people, Macdonalds working for a long time nearby, but there is not much noise. But keep in mind that there is background noise. The kitchen has all the tools you might need.

The location was very central and one could explore the area with real ease. Restaurants are all over the place. Tour collection was easy from the flat. The weather was fantastic always. The flat is very well equipped with everything one needs to feel at home.

“great stay”
We booked this apartment as we wanted to have two seperate bedrooms and there wasn't much choice elsewhere. Initially we worried it was too far from the Old Town but in fact it's in a great location within a 10-minute walk from Place Massena. Close to all amenities. The flat is spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!
