“Perfect stay if you want to be close to airport, yet have convenient access to Nice downtown”
10 minutes from the airport, with direct train/streetcar (accessible directly behind the building), 20 minutes with streetcar to Nice downtown. Breakfast was very good. Start at 6:30 (and actually a few minutes earlier) was convenient for me as I had to catch a morning flight. Their windows are exceptional in terms of noise insulation - I was facing Prom des Anglais (and even being able to see the airport from my window) - ZERO to be heard in my room.

Close to Nice Airport, but a bit of a sole less area, quiet and close to the tram stop for the number 2 train

It was relatively close to the airport - only 4 tram stops away, with the tram easy to catch from any terminal. The staff were also nice.

“Lovely hotel but...”
Location, right on the promenade. 3 stops from the airport and also on the tram line to town. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was cleaned each day. The restaurant food was also good and there is an outside area for dining. There is a nice sitting room downstairs.
