“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – THE OWNER SCAMMED ME AND KEPT MY MONEY!”

My experience with this accommodation was absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. The owner imposed an age restriction of 30+ years, which was not clearly stated in the listing. Despite knowing in advance that I am 28 years old, he accepted my booking and my money without any prior warning. When I arrived at the property, he refused to let me in, even though my partner is 36 years old! The listing advertises a 24-hour reception with a staff member who speaks three languages, as well as access to the key at any time. However, despite the fact that we had informed him in advance about our arrival time (which was outside of the standard check-in hours), the owner never showed up and did not allow us to enter. As a result, we were left stranded outside, while the owner refused to refund our money and offered no alternative solution. His behavior was completely unacceptable and dishonest. In reality, he scammed us by keeping our money for a service that was never provided. !!! I strongly advise you NOT to book this place! If you are looking for professionalism and reliability, avoid this accommodation at all costs !!!

“Totally overpriced apartment”

The overpriced small room has a very central location, just near the cathedral, and contains all the necessary appliances. Excellent wifi speed of 500 Mbps. It has also a tiny balcony with a view which is not impaired by high buildings in front of it.

The property was small but very comfortable. Very nice views from the balcony. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

The location is really best, On main street with shops and restaurants, easy reach to both airport tram and train station. Like the balcony. Apartment is nice and cozy, great for a 2 nights stay.

Thé property was very clean. All the amenities available too. I lived the fact that there was a cooker top, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The basics were also provided. The manager of the property was very efficient and helpful. He was also very polite and pleasant.
