Renovated in 2019, Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI is situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d'Or district, 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, just 2 minutes' walk from the prestigious Negresco hotel and 1 km from Place Massena. “A perfect stay in Nice with an amazing team, great location, and outstanding hospitality.”
The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to the main attractions in Nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the late check-out option and the possibility to leave our luggage safely at the hotel until our flight. Thanks to the wonderful team, my mother, sister, and I had a fantastic city break.

“Thoroughly Recommend”
Location was great. Close to the beach, tram and train lines so could get around easily. Staff at reception and the lady who did breakfast were excellent, friendly and helpful.

“Great location, small boutique hotel with welcoming stuff”
Nice location, welcoming stuff, has everything needed for a comfortable staying. The only thing - bathroom is really small, but I believe the reason is hotel is placed in an old historical building

Breakfast was small but delicious, I especially liked the freshly squezed orange juice option. The personel were extremely helpful and cheerful. The hotel manager took his time to explain everything we can do in Nice and we had a great trip thanks to him.

Beautiful little hotel in perfect location. Two minutes from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. They recommended great places to eat and what to do in the area. The room is clean and spacious. Great to have coffee machines and fridge in the room.
