“Location beats everything”
he location is unbeatable, which sits right next to Nice St‑Augustin station, making it easy to catch trains to destinations all across the Côte d’Azur. It’s also within walking distance of Nice Airport. Breakfast is decent, though not particularly memorable, and the selection doesn’t change from day to day. The Palm restaurant, however, is excellent; we enjoyed it so much that we went three days in a row after long, exhausting days at the F1 race. The room itself offers plenty of space and feels comfortable.

“Trip with friends”
Clean, comfortable rooms with clean bathroom. Walking distance from airport Terminal 1. You can free train from Terminal 2 to 1. Polite professional reception staff. Very good for 3 star hotel.

Relaxed check in/out process. Walking distance to Terminal 1 Nice Airport. Free tram to airport takes 2 minutes to T1.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and the airport. Clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not very varied. It lacked more vegetables and fruit.

The room was clean and spacious. There were several towels provided. Water and tea were available — everything necessary was included. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions.

“Perfectly met my needs.”
I arrived by train so I preferred this hotel. It’s within 5-10 min walking distance and very close to the airport. You can see the hotel from the train station. I liked having meals at the Crown Plaza which adjoins Holiday Inn. It’s about 1.5 kms from the Promenade which I would walk. Phoenix park is close by & good for the kids as it has a few animals to see. The hotel inside was clean, bright and modern. The breakfast is standard continental style.
