“Excellent location”

The location was brilliant. The main living room light and comfortable. The air conditioning good. All very clean. My daughters and I had a lovely long weekend here.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, nicely decorated and maintained. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach and city center but not too hectic.

Excellent location, perfect for exploring.Spacious apartment, needs a bit of tlc. Leaking wash basin, and no shower screen/ curtain over bath. Uncomfortable sofas, and pillows. Lots of amenities, everything anyone could need. Kylian was very helpful and informative.

Fantastic location, very quiet and electric shutters kept place nice and dark. Good door security, had a lift, well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen tools and crockery full size fridge . Good spacious shower, 2nd shower is above bath. Spacious, light, nice to be able to open windows. Lots of lounge suite seating. Great having English Netflix.

Well maintained apartment in a great location for everything in Nice. 2 minute walk to the beach and the tram is only 5 minutes away. Easy access to a lot of restaurants and bars. Perfect for a family as there are two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very good standard, well furnished and equipped. The location is also perfectly close to both the beach, old town and shopping.

“Just what we were looking for!”

We had a great stay! Unforgettable! The property was really high end and located in the heart of old Nice. Owner had a back up plan in place if we were delayed and could not make check-in window. We were able to arrive within the provided timeframe for check in, but it was good to know that if flights were delayed, we could still access the apartment.

Although located in the very heart of Nice, a few meters from the sea, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is spatious, well furnished and fully equipped with design pieces and modern households.
