Fabulous location in a beautiful square in the Old Town with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes stroll to the famous flower market and all that the Old Town has to offer. It was fantastic to open the windows to see the cathedral and the fountain. There’s plenty of life in the square below, restaurants, and a great ice cream seller that’s open until late. I don’t think I’ve had such a lovely view from a window. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and has the right mix of traditional style and modern facilities. There were 5 of us, my teenage son slept on the sofa bed which was full sized and very comfortable. The main bedroom is huge, with a full bathroom and toiletries provided. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditions worked perfectly throughout. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need and the hosts include a range of cleaning products so you don’t need to buy any, there’s even a washing machine that’s useful if you want to wash the towels. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch as were the Nespresso pods. We had a few beach days and used the umbrellas provided and the shopping trolley. I’ve never stayed anywhere that’s so well equipped. There’s guide books, leaflets, a comprehensive folder of things to do, transport etc. Everything has been considered to make your stay great. We had a change of flight time to evening and a short delay, but I was able to easily contact the host who reassured me he’d meet me at the Bag Guys office at past 11pm. We also used the Bag Guys to store our cases after checkout for a really reasonable rate. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. I’d absolutely recommend this apartment for small groups or a family. We were there to celebrate my 50th birthday and I honestly couldn’t think of a more lovely place to be right in the heart of the most beautiful part of Old Nice. It was perfect for us!

The location was excellent & looked out on to the pretty Place Rosetti - it was very central so near to all the cafes & restaurants/shops etc

The apartment was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and communication with them was very easy. The apartment was impeccably clean, had all kinds of household appliances and dishes. The location is perfect in the old town of Nice. I recommend to everyone.

Location was superb and perfect place to explore the city. Very close to the tram which we took often to take the TGV to visit the other towns along the coast.
