“Everything is perfect, even for a family with a baby.”
The host is really kind and helpful. The apartman is very clean, modern and well equipped. The terrasse is huge. The location is perfect: the tram train is nearby, and the train station also can be reached with a 10 minutes of walk.

Property is spacious, modern and walking distance to the train station and to the city centre.Supermarket is only few steps away-opposite to the entrance of the building and Aldi is just round the corner.

“Not a bad spot to visit Nice!”
The location was fantastic.Great for public transport and a supermarket across the street. Lots of restaurants around also.The host communicated in English which made things easier.

“amazing, would come back”
Everything was AMAZING. The host makes sure everything is clear and good before leaving, she explained to us how the transportation works and told us all about the things we have to do as tourists. You have a big supermakerket just in front of the building. The tramway that leads to the downtown is just a 2min walk and cost 1.70 euros. I would definitely come back at this exact spot next time. The room is super clean and the area is calm.
