“A wonderful property where you are really looked after.”
Amazing location in the old town. Air conditioning was everything in August!! Lovely spacious apartment with comfy sofas and well equipped kitchen. We were able to leave our bags at 12 after our morning flight which was really handy. Monica arranged transfers for us and we used the same company to drive us to various places nearby throughout our trip.

Everything! It’s perfect. It’s clean, it smells nice, there was wine and snacks on the table for us. They let us in earlier, because our flight arrived early. They helped us with transport and the apartment itself is so nice. I will book again next year

The property is so well thought out from the layout and amenities to the little touches like beach towels and mats. It has everything you need and more. A stunning apartment and possibly one of the best I’ve stayed in in Nice.

“Beautiful, quiet luxury apartment in the old town centre”
The property is very well maintained, equipped and sparkle cleaned. Extremely cleaned which for us is super important. Monika and Naji are super organised, friendly and welcoming hosts. It’s 2m from the Saleya parking, 2m from the beach, with so many restaurants and supermarkets at the doorstep. Despite being in the centre of such busy life, it’s extremely quiet. Would strongly recommend

“Perfect in every way!!!”
The property is in right in the heart of the old market. The place was clean and ready upon our arrival. The appliance, shower, TV were all in working order. The apartment is modern, fresh and extremely roomy. The host was wonderful through the process - Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
