“Nice is so beautiful and the Old Town especially so.”
The view is exceptional. It's quiet at night. The apartment is well equipped. The nine flights of stairs up and down were an amusing challenge.

“Lovely”
The Cocoon Loft was absolutely amazing. We picked up the keys from our host, which was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. The apartment itself was also exactly like the pictures and the view was stunning. The location was great - it was very central, walkable and close to all major transport. We took multiple daytrips to the surrounding towns and it only took 20-40 minutes by train, plus a little walking to the train station. We can not recommend this place enough!

The location is perfect, just a walk away from main attractions and the promenade. It is quiet and has all necessary amenities like the A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location! Exactly as in pictures. Quite a few stairs to the loft to bear in mind for those who have accessibility needs, but very worth it for the stunning view! Owners were incredibly kind and helpful with lots of recommendations for your stay in Nice. Complimentary bottle of Rosé was a lovely treat :) will be back again.
